The cottage has a weekly rate of $850.00 plus 10% pst (plus refundable  $200.00 security deposit) and can accommodate up to 7 people. 

The property boasts a large 1 acre lot which provides plenty of parking for vehicles and lots of space for outdoor activities and visitors.

For your enjoyment five bicycles are provided (three adult, two children) as well as soft baseballs and bat, numerous board games, videos and dvd's, kites, and a football.

The Cottage is available in season from May to late October.  Off season rentals are also available.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment of your weekly rate is due 30 days prior to your stay. The security deposit is returned within two weeks (after your stay).

The Cottage is available only for weekly rentals only from May - October (Saturday to Saturday) Off season rentals are available weekly, weekend, or 2 day minimum stays.
